Enquiry and support requests
When you submit a form, we process your name, contact details, organisation and message to respond to your request. Requests are sent by our form service to our team by email. We do not subscribe you to marketing messages through this form.
Security and retention
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions. Cloudflare processes browser and network information for this check. Our service keeps hashed abuse counters and submission references for up to seven days; expired records are removed during the next request. It does not store message bodies. Messages sent to our mailbox remain there while we handle your enquiry and any related business records. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
When you email us
If you send an email, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your request and discuss relevant services. Avoid sending confidential access information.
Fonts and technical requests
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to provide them. This website does not add marketing analytics or advertising trackers.
